Received slippers very quickly after ordering them and are very cozy and comfortable.

A gift of a pair of lovely looking moshulu socks. Came complete with toe sized hole. QC needs a serious looking at. I am not upsetting my relative by telling them so they went in the bin.

Every item I have purchased has been of excellent quality and very comfortable. The fit of your sandals, shoes and trainers has been very good. When I have phone an order through I have had a very good service your staff are brilliant even when I read out a number wrong. When my ankle boots has arrived I was happy because they even look nice and for that two stars. I was happy as long as I didn`t put them on for work and I coudn`t back home as they are hurting my feet so much! The back of the boots is so hard and rubs the heels. I`m so disappointed! I paid 55 POUNT plus delivery for the boots.

Wonderful wonderful, wonderful slippers. I received mine today (01 February 2021) having ordered two identical pairs (men's black leather slip-on slippers) half an hour after the Moshulu brochure dropped through my letterbox last week.I'd been looking for a new pair for nearly two years in our local shops without success. My previous Moshulu leather slippers which I'd been wearing for about six years (non-stop when in the house) were wearing down a bit at the soles. Saying that, they do last a very long time and I'm the kind of person who cannot afford to buy cheap (which often means buying twice after needing to throw out the cheap item.)These well-made and comfortable slippers are so good I took the opportunity to buy two pairs while I had the chance.For outdoors, I wear slip-on black leather shoes which are hand-made in a village in northern Italy. So I like the best and have got used to the best. So when it came to buying slippers it had to be Moshulu and no others.My new Moshulu slippers were delivered by Royal Mail just a few days after I placed my internet order. What a great way to start a new month! Thank you Moshulu (and all your staff.)

I love Moshulu shoes because they are a whole look and lifestyle. The shoes make me feel like the kind of person I want to be . Since they have teamed up with Woolovers it is even better and I love the photographs in your catalogue. I’ve just had some really lovely blue walking shoes and can’t wait for spring and a chance to team them with denims

My friend and I both love Moshulu slippers and today (Tuesday) I ordered a pair to be delivered for her 70th birthday on Saturday. I followed up with a request to the customer services to request a speedy despatch today as it was such a special celebration. The advisor stated that it was a 3-5 day delivery (fair enough). However she was unable to call the dispatchers to carry out my request for speedy dispatch.It beats me why not?? What’s the point of ‘ customer services’ if not to fulfil customer wishes. Our local Moshulu shop in Market Harborough is staffed by positive and ‘can do’ individuals. Perhaps some staff training by our local staff to your customer relations staff on pleasing your customers may be appropriate!!!

First visited Moshulu Colours the week prior to their shop opening in Stratford upon Avon many years ago and continue to purchase goods at the Fairways garden centre at Clifton, Derbyshire where the treats continue to delight.

Just added to my collection of Moshulu footwear, a pair of 'Teacake' boots. Absolutely fabulous.They fit beautifully.

I bought shoes from Moshulu in December. The service was excellent and delivery fast. The shoes are stylish and comfortable. when i had a query, customer services responded quickly and were really helpful. Great company, fantastic shoes.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered my 3rd pair of slippers from Moshulu - inadvertently ordered the wrong size (I'd forgotten to go up a size for their slippers). I returned the small pair, was very quickly refunded; the larger size was out of stock but a few weeks later I had a phone call to let me know they were available again; we arranged the purchase over the phone and the slippers arrived in the post 2 days later. Really impressed, thank you Moshulu, and as ever I love your Caramel slippers and wear them everyday!
